Where has the time gone?

I will never understand how people can actually update blogs daily.... maybe they are just more committed than I? As my grandma would say, "I am a fart in a skillet"... Take that for whatever it is worth! ;)

I cannot believe that the baby is almost 5 months old now!!! Craziness!!! She is SUCH a mini-Tank it is cute! She looks just like her big bro. She is at the point where she thinks she is a big girl and needs to sit up and look around. She even tries to pull herself up to sit, which she can't, but it is cute! She does roll over though. And A-D-O-R-E-S Bryce... so if you are around both of them, you might as well forget it. She LOVES him!

Bryce started preschool and again loves it! He is pretty darn popular with his friends! While that is good, I am not sure how much learning he is doing! All he wants to do is play! ;) He thinks that 'his baby' is pretty stellar too! You just wanna smoosh them both!

Scott is keeping busy with work, I am keeping busy with kids. Sooner or later, I will be returning to the MGM, just wish I didn't have too. ;) I would love to work part time, but they are full time or nothing there... so that stinks! But I am thankful to have a job! =)

I will try to update some new photos, but we all know I suck, so it might be a while!

And Baby makes FOUR!!!!

Damn I am good! I said I'd have a baby when I decided to type again - and I was right!!! ;)

Kendall Josie Tiffany decided to make her debut via induction on Monday April 21st at 6:26 am. The little oinker wasn't as big as anticipated... but she was still 8 lbs 2.6 oz. When they measured her in the hospital, they said 18.5 inches... yet the very next day at the ped's office she was 20 inches... doubt she grew 1.5 inches overnight...

My mom flew in and arrived about 2 hours after we had her.... guess I couldn't wait! She was here for a week and it hit hard when she went home. With Bryce, she was able to see him at least once a week for every week of his life until we moved here... by the time she sees Kendall Josie again, she will no longer be a newborn... that makes me sad! =( My step dad also joined her for her final few days of stay...

So far she is a great baby... poop, eat, sleep, fart, poop some more, etc. She looks like a mini Scott when she is awake, yet favors me while she sleeps...

We did get the luxury of staying 4 days/3 nights in the hospital when she was just shy of 2 wks old... She turned blue and stopped breathing on me!!! =( Come to find out, the phlegmy thing had RSV. All is well now, but that was scary!!!

That is pretty much it for now... nothing too exciting! =)

34 weeks and counting...

I mentioned I suck at updating right? I will continue to mention this until I get better at this...

We are rocking and rolling (literally) right along through this pregnancy. It is hard to believe we are nearing the end. I LOVE being pregnant, so I am sad that I am almost done. Crazy, I know! ;)

2 weeks ago, I did however decide to add a little excitement into our lives. I slid down the stairs instead of stepping down them. All in all, things were okay belly wise... but darn if I didn't break my foot! I broke one metatarsal in 2 separate places. So I have a lovely walking boot to add to my accessory list! Go ahead... be jealous... only the cool kids get them!

I go this week for my 2 week follow up on the foot, so hopefully it is mending well... although my big toe is now at like a 45* angle, so it will be interesting to hear what they have to say about that.

Prego doctor wise - still measuring large and in charge! We had an u/s last week, if I ever get the printer/scanner hooked up, I will post those photos. But Baby Girl (who is still nameless), is measuring about 3 weeks ahead and a whole pound ahead of where she should be. Her 'damn Dunbar' head (from Scott's side) is measuring 37 weeks, when it should have only be 32 - 33 weeks. Hopefully that means she is just REALLY smart! Tank was the same way though, so we are not surprised by this information.

Again, I have polyhydramnios (aka - too much amniotic fluid). The doctor isn't overly concerned, since this is baby #2 with it. I however AM! Around this time with my pregnancy with Bryce is when I started to BLOW UP!!! My ankles seriously SLOSHED over the sides of my shoes with him. With a broken foot, I am hoping that won't be the case for this one... only time will tell I guess!

My baby shower was 1.5 wks ago. It was very quaint, but had a great time! My mom flew in, so it was nice having her here for a few days. It was RIGHT after I broke my foot, so the extra help was appreciated! And lets be honest.... who doesn't want their mom around when they are pregnant and she lives 1800 miles away??? I miss that woman! =)

Nap time is almost over, so this is short. Just wanted to do my BI monthly blog I guess! LOL

Well... I suck at this blogging stuff!!!

Even though I am against having a second baby shower (due to etiquette), my girlfriend is throwing me one! LOL I guess I am not 100% against them, I just know better! ;) But the shower is on and I went and registered. We have kept EVERYTHING from Bryce for the most part.... we did sell a few larger items and toys when we moved to Nevada, but for the most part we still have it! I can't wait to go through the boxes of layettes and onesies type stuff though! We are having a girl for sure, so I need to sort through things.

We are now 100% moved... well at least to one house. We still have lots of unpacking to do! Guess I should sign off of here and get to it, eh?

Welcome 2008!!!

Needless to say, time flies.... when you are or are NOT having fun!

December flew right by! We were blessed enough to spend the holidays with family this year. We spent the last two weeks of 2007 with our families back in the midwest. I personally felt like the time flew by, while Scott was ready to get home! ;) Bryce had a blast and LOVED playing with his cousins! All he talks about now is how he misses his "friends" Kateleen & Chase. It was great seeing them together again... it had been about 6 months I think... FAR TOO LONG!!!

With it being Christmas time, I had a lot of shopping to get done, so I didn't get to see everyone I wanted to see and unfortunately I didn't get very much one on one time with my mom! =( At least she will be here in 2 weeks or so for a day or two.... better than nothing!

We are also moving!!! We found a great little house about 5 minutes away from here currently. It has LOTS more room and a 3rd bedroom so that this baby currently brewing will have its own space! We are painting and moving a little by little each day. Hopefully we won't wait until the last possible minute to accomplish everything, but if you know us.... you know that will probably be the case! =)

I had high expectations with this blog.... like once a week or every other week, but as you can tell... I can't even manage once a flipping month! So we will see how this goes... I am TRYING and that is the most important right??? ;)

I will upload some photos soon. Need to find the time!

November is here!

Well, Halloween was a huge success! We attended several city sponsored events and then on the night of, Bryce was more than excited to run up to every home with a light on! He impressed the heck out of me with his manners at every door too! He lasted for about 45 minutes and then he was done. He had a full pail and was T-I-R-E-D!!!!!

He had a great time at his school party as well! They played games, painted pumpkins & decorated their own cookies. He was LESS than impressed with his kangaroo outfit that he HAD to have, so I came home, dug out his Dash Costume and that is what he stuck with from that point on.

Dick & Pam were in town over this weekend and he had a great time playing with them. Granted, they had a blast too! ; ) We capped off the weekend over at the Tindall's new humble abode (gorgeous!!!) and just had a great family weekend.

The baby belly is definitely getting out there. Although if you didn't know, you might think that I had one too many pieces of candy from Halloween.... We are almost to the 4 month mark. This pregnancy is flying!

Time change - SUCKS! I am actually going to go take a quick nap with my boy before work!

And we are off...

As the weeks pass by, I realize that I am HORRIBLE at keeping in touch with family and friends, but at the same time.... the road travels both ways. So to cover my end of the deal, I will do my best to have a weekly little post to keep everyone up to date with our little family of 3. Well, until spring, then it will be family of 4...

I am just getting started, so I will be back AFTER Halloween with some costume photos and misc. updates.
